Shipping policy

Delivery
All orders will be packed and shipped within 2 business days. 
Delivery time will be 3 days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5 days for West Malaysia.

Order Confirmation
An confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been placed.
Dispatched email with tracking no. will be sent to you once package dispatched.

Order Not Received
We sincerely apologise for such matter and will try our best to make it right for you.

Wrong Orders

Changing Orders
If in any case, you need to make any change to your order, including cancel & exchange items or shipping address, kindly reach out within 24 hours at support@tigerorchids.com with title [CHANGING ORDERS] and [RECEIPT NO.]

Please note that we work hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request if its delay.

COD (Cash on Delivery) for orders
At the moment, we offer online payment only.
