What are your processing and delivery time?

All orders will be packed and shipped within next 2 business working days.

Delivery time will be 3 days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5 days for West Malaysia.

All our delivery partner service are reputable express delivery agency. So your orders are safe and won't take too long to arrive your doorstep.

We will do our best to shipped your items as soon as we can and we appreciate your patient with us.

How do I know my order has been placed?

An confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been successfully placed.

Another dispatched email with tracking no. will be sent to you once your package dispatched.

What happen if I don't receive my order?

We sincerely apologise for such matter and will try our best to make it right for you.

Firstly, please email us at support@tigerorchids.com with title SHIPPING DELAY and include your receipt no. if you haven't receive your order more than 7 days.

In case your undelivered package sent back to us. We will notify you and take it from there.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If in any case, you need to make any change to your order, including cancelling, changing items or shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order at support@tigerorchids.com with heading CHANGING ORDERS along with RECEIPT NO.

Kindly note that we work hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request if its delay.

Do you provide express delivery service?

All orders will be pack and send with standard delivery within 2-3 days.

Do you offer exchange?

Yes we do. Please refer to Return & Exchange.

How can I pay for my orders?

All payment methods will show at your check out cart. Rest assure they are all secure payment gateway.

Can I pay through cash on delivery COD for my orders?

At the moment, we just offer online payment.

What if I paid twice for my order?

It is important that customers pay close attention while paying online.

  • Do not click twice on PAY BUTTON if your browser appear non-responsive. Refresh your page or cancel transaction to start over.

If there's such issue result in double payment, reach out to us through email support@tigerorchids.com and we will take it from there.

Do you ship overseas?

Malaysia only for now. But we are looking into it in the near future.
