How to refund?
Unfortunately we do not offer cash refund. Only return & exchange.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your
item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll
also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Return & exchange ?
To start a return, you can either contact us at support@tigerorchids.com or fill in below form with the
title of RETURN & EXCHANGE along with your receipt no.
Before mailing out your return items please make sure your items are unworn and is in its original condition along with tags and packaging for eligible return & refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll receive an exchange discount code for your new purchase.

What if its sales or promotional priced items?
All sale and promotionally priced items are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
You can rest assure sales or promotion items does not mean there's any defect.
What if i receive a damage or defect items?
We sincerely apologise if such matter has happened.
For any defects, damage or wrong items, Please contact us immediately at support@tigerorchids.com or fill in below form with title RETURNING DAMAGE PRODUCTS along with receipt no. so that we can evaluate
the issue and make it right.
For any damaged, wrong or faulty items, can be returned within 7 days for an exchange. Please include your receipts in the return package.
